Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If you cancel at least 2 weeks in advance, we will refund the full deposit or reschedule. If you cancel one week in advance, you will receive 50% of the deposit, and rescheduling is not possible unless it is due to illness (with a document signed by an authorized doctor).

For cancellations under 7 days, the deposit will not be refunded, and rescheduling is only possible in case of illness (with a document signed by an authorized doctor).
